At Sugar Empire, we take pride in the freshness and quality of our baked goods. As all our products are made fresh to order, we kindly ask that you review our refund and return policy below:

1. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any baked goods once they have left the premises or been delivered.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them for a full refund.
  • After this window, ingredients and preparation may already be underway, and we cannot offer a refund.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide a photo and a brief description of the issue.
  • We’ll offer a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Customer Satisfaction

We care deeply about your experience. If something wasn’t right, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right—even if it doesn’t fall under our formal refund policy.
